I was supposed to have a sleep study at Sleep Solutions of Fredericksburg this past Sunday but I chose not to stay because there was a male tech and I did not feel comfortable with that situation. It was him, myself and another female client who was not there at the time. The tech understood my concern and said it was okay it happens all the time. The service received at this location was extremely unprofessional to say the least.The tech assisting my son was disrespectful and rude. She used an elevated tone of voice when speaking and did not take into consideration any info shared with her regarding the mask which was the main reason my son was there. My son who has autism was traumatized by the nurse behavio. He was awake majority of the night asking questions about the nurses behavior. Pls choose a different site fir yiyr needs. .
