The people here were nice. The company that you rent the equipment through is not! Egan sent me a cpap machine. The mask was the wrong size. (The tech at sleep solutions wrote the wrong size twice.) The modem wasn't transmitting and the machine was set incorrectly. I figured if I was having this many problems from the get go that I didn't want the machine.
