My husband had surgery with doctors from this center. At his 3 month post op visit no attending was present as initially scheduled so the procedure he was supposed to have that day could not be done. We were still billed for the visit and the procedure was scheduled for 6 weeks later which was the next calendar year. The fact that an attending did not show for the original appointment meant that our deductible reset and their error ended up costing us an additional 3.6 thousand dollars.
