The facility was well maintained and the services were very professional. I recommend this sleep study facility.
Sleep Services staff is welcoming, prepared and polite. They take the time to explain a procedure or answer questions. Their office is always neat, clean and comfortable. A plus: Parking is ample and FREE !
The way they handle online appointment bookings is terrible and insulting. Choosing a time you aren't guaranteed, called days later by a recording of an Indian telling you it's not available and to call the number to make an apppintment.
I've been a patient for years, five stars. Everyone should have their sleep disorders checked at Sleep Services of Maryland. No more snore.
The absolute worst sleep and least considerate facility around. Only come here if you wish to be disrespected. I stopped by at 1:45 to simply drop off a sleep monitor from a sleep study and was informed that I would have to wait until 2 pm when reception came back. I informed the woman that I just needed to drop off a monitor and she repeated that I would have to sit down and wait for them to return to write down the name and information.
