My overall experience was great but my last visit was an unnecessary money grab! 1st appointment, staff was excellent from check in to check out. Didn't understand why I had to come back for the "sleep study" when I made an appointment for the sleep study??? 2nd visit, to pick up the device and receive instructions...man I would've been pissed off had i taken off from work. 3rd visit to return the device by 8am!
