If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My husband and I went into the location on Hespler road in Cambridge on the 25th of June. We purchased a bunk bed, and we were told we could pick it up on Friday the 28th at noon. Friday comes, and we make the 45 minute drive to cambridge to pick up, to be told it's not there and we could pick it up on Saturday. The experience was quite bad, I purchased few items and was told everything would be delivered within 3 days. Patiently waited for 5 days and called to check in, the staff over the phone informed they have no update about the delivery. Visited the location after a week and the place was closed with a phone number on the door to call. Had to go back again the same day and a staff informed things will be delivered within another 4 days and he will send a free mattress protector for the delay.
