They provided clear instructions and the best deal. Communication was excellent from the initial email through to the in-person CPAP machine demonstration.

Drove ALL over the GTA on a Saturday trying to get a machine I could take home the same day. Finally, 20 minutes before they closed, I came to Sleep Panda. They happily and efficiently sold me my machine, did the insurance paperwork and the initial setup. I was out of there with my machine in 30 minutes (which was 10 minutes past their closing.) Thank you for your TRUE customer care (instead of blindly following “policies” that prevent same day transactions like the other stores I tried.) 谢谢 🙏🏻
