Sales staff was attentive and helpful. Were able to locate product quickly and make useful suggestions to facilitate decision making process. Shopped assortment on line but, once in store, were given other options and selected a mattress one up from our original choice. Delivery was on-time and efficient. Product performed as expected. Overall an excellent experience.

Had a great experience with Brian at the Tiverton store. He was so knowledgeable and put no pressure on me when selecting a new mattress. Their customer service, so far, has been great. I had to switch out a box springs due to my selection of the wrong size and it was no problem. Sleep Outfitters really stands behind their products. I will do business with them again.
I LOVE my new mattress and appreciate greatly the the salesman let us wander around and ask questions at our leisure. I will be back to buy our next mattress from this location!
