Another great experience working with Sleep Number Beds! We bought our first mattress 15 years ago, and have slept comfortably every night since! We decided it was time to buy a new sleep number bed and see what was new. Delightful experience working with Masa, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and knew exactly what we needed and wanted. Our new bed will be delivered soon and we look forward to many more nights of sleep.

We researched beds and narrowed it down to sleep number because of the ability to adjust independently. We saw the store as we passed by and decided to stop in not planning to purchase today. Masa greeted us and Ben worked with us to see, feel and lay on the beds. They were patient with us as we asked many questions and were not pushy at all. We also had our dog with us and that was not an issue with either of them. We are very happy with the purchase process and expect to be even happier when we are sleeping on our new bed!

Masa was amazing at this location. We were able to get all the information we needed to make a decision on a mattress. He did not pressure us and let us make our own decision.

We were in the market for a second sleep number bed in our new house and the minute we stepped into the store Masa was super friendly and inviting. He listened to our needs, answered every question, wasn’t pushy and was super helpful with the specs on our bed frame to insure it would fit. The entire process was super quick and easy. I’d definitely recommend!
