I haven't tried the bed yet but the customer service has been great so far.
Kyle and his team are the best. They are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help out. They’ll help you out no matter what you need. Whether it’s just a single pillow or an entire bed ensemble, the guys at the QC Sleep Number have you covered.
Horrible experience. (Updated) When purchasing the bed we didn’t know the size we needed, ether Cali King or King. The sales rep said don’t worry if it’s the wrong size we can just exchange it. Fast forward to the delivery day, it was the wrong size. So we told the team just take it back and delivery the right size as we didn’t want to accrue any charges. They said nah don’t worry what we can do is keep this here, and you can just call this # and we can exchange it. Called the number and then got told that all of that was a ... read more

Kyle the manager was amazing. There was an issue on delivery day with not having the bolts on the day of install. Kyle went above and beyond to make it right. Thank you Kyle.
