We purchased a sleep number bed around 5 years ago. To say we are extremely disappointed would be an understatement. First, upon delivery of our bed sleep numbers movers/techs literally tore a massive hole/rip on the right side of the mattress. This has caused the bed to constantly loose pressure. We were originally told sleep number would "take care of it" but they never actually resolved this in literally anyway.
