Jen was friendly and low key. Never pushy or hard sell. We were very pleased with the purchase experience.
I received excellent customer service from Jason. He is very knowledgeable and really listens to your wants and needs. I am very excited to get my bed delivered! I received the pillows though and they were not like the ones I laid on in the store. It was too firm and high, it gave me a bad headache. Besides the pillows though everything was very satisfying.
