The employees name was Guy. He was very knowledgeable and thorough at his job. This is our 2nd purchase of a sleep number system and we plan on purchasing another when the time comes to do so.
We had an amazing experience at Famous Tate Ed our sales agent was spectacular 🤩🤩 He was so knowledgeable’ patience, he walked us through the process and made us feel comfortable. He’s the “BEST”
We had an awesome experience from when we stepped into the store until we stepped out the door. The Manager was awesome he answered all our questions and wasn't pushy about items we didn't need or want.
Showed up to the Port Richie FL store and met Guy. He was amazing! Helped us through the process and was a pleasure to work with as we navigated through mattress, bases, sheets and blankets. We feel he went above and beyond for us! He was very kind and extremely knowledgeable of all the products in the store! Highly recommend him! Can’t wait for our new bed!!!! Thank you again Guy you’re awesome!
People were nice BUT I ordered a king split so I assumed wrongly that if I bought first set of bedding from them life would be good AND that for a split king if it said 1 mattress pad that would be 1 set after all that is the only item on the order that requires 2 Well I assumed wrong So if buying a split make sure you get everything needed or buy from somewhere else Their regular price is $139.99 with a military discount we got for $93.09 I think amazon from now on
