I bought a sleep number bed about 5 years ago. I was told that the bed had a lifetime warrant. Now I have been experiencing that half of the the bed has deflated and won’t hold air. I and now they tell me that it will cost $190 for a technician to come out and evaluate what the issue is then I gotta pay 40% of whatever parts are needed plus the service charge so if you’re thinking about buying a sleep number sink again because for this amount of money that I paid for this bed, it’s incredible that now I have to pay more to k... read more
I had a fantastic experience at the sleep number bed store in New Port Richey, Florida! Guy and Evette could not have been nicer. They were incredibly helpful in guiding me to the perfect bed and clearly know their products inside and out. Both are warm, personable, and provide outstanding, personalized service.
