Select Comfort, Midland Texas – We bought a bed on May 14, 2011, being told it could be returned for a full refund, minus shipping, if not satisfied. We tried it for 2 weeks, were not happy with it, and called to get it returned. We were told the bed was a Special Edition and could not be returned, only traded one time. It does say this on the 2nd page of the receipt, which you don't get until after it's paid for. Our fault for not reading the fine print. Fantastic Experience – Not only was I able to purchase a phenominal bed, but, the service was first class. The manager, Todd, was knowledgable, courtious and really dug deep to find out what I needed. He was right on the money! My wife and I have never slept better. I highly recommend you stop by and see him if you are in need of a better night sleep.
They know more than beds – These guys not only knew about all the beds on the market, they also explained to me what was causing all of my problems and how to correct them. I was amazed at their knowledge and experience, and my bed backs up everything they said. Wow.
Worst service I have received EVER! – We went in to buy three pillows. Two sales people were working with other customers so we looked at the pillows by ourselves and chose the ones we wanted. A new kid told us they would be with us shortly. After 25 minutes a bald salesman finished with his customer and began working with another customer who was ahead of us. After about 8 more minutes I asked the new kid if he could just get the pillows and have them ready when someone had time to ring us up, I didn't need any sales help. ... read more
Nothing else like it! I love this place. I have only been there a few times, but every time they were able to fix whatever problem I had with my lamps. It's too bad that there is not a listing in InsiderPages for Lamp Repair. I would never have found it again without remembering their name. If you have any broken lamps, new or old, and you just can't part with it, take it to these guys and they'll hook you up!
Love my SC bed...you will too – Sometimes I feel like Lindsey Wagner, pitching my Select Comfort bed to all and sundry. After sleeping on a lumpy mattress for years, this bed was a true godsend. Not only am I able to select my own level of comfort...I also don't have to compromise with my husband as he has his own level of comfort. The only thing I would have done differently if I had the square footage was get a King size bed instead of a Queen.
