Justin was amazing and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this store.
So disappointed 24 hrs after getting the bed I had the worst night of sleep. King size half split mattress causes you and your partner to roll and sync in the middle you can feel the airbags inside the mattress. Nothing like the stores floor display. when I went into the store to return 24 hours after delivery I was told I have to wait 31 days and they will not take everything back.This is unacceptable for a large purchase that is ment to give you peace and relaxation.
Due to the great sales that were going on we caved and bought a Sleep Number bed. The whole experience was quick and easy. Austin was great to work with and my husband and I did not feel pressured at all which we both appreciated. He spent a lot of time with us to make sure we understood everything. We were lucky and got our bed in a week. The guys who delivered the mattress were great and made sure we understood everything before they left. All around great experience!
Austin is a great salesman. He's one reason I purchased the bed.
