Best customer service! If you’re looking for a mattress with the best tech, look no further than Sleep Number. Kyle the sales rep provided the best customer service! There was no pressure into buying the most expensive mattress. Kyle provided great detail and answered all of our questions. The mattress demos Kyle showed us were very thorough and very informative. Thank you Kyle and the Sleep Number team.

They are very nice and helpful in the store. My wife loved the mattress but unfortunately it didn't work for my back. Main thing just to be wary of is that if you return the mattres you don't get refunded the $250 delivery fee (which is fair I suppose)...but you also get charged another $250 pickup fee for them to come get it AND you have to wait awhile for them to be available. I wouldn't mind paying the fee if it was fast, or waiting a couple weeks if they didn't charge. But paying the fee for an inefficient service when s... read more

I love how accurate the online sleep test is. I took the test, before coming into the store, and once I arrived the rep, Ben, was very helpful. In fact he even provided me with a call before coming in, to get a better idea of what I was looking for. He was also able to answer my questions over the phone, and I like the fact that he did not seem like he was pushing a sale on me. He showed interest in why I was looking for a new mattress.
