Matt at Huntington Beach store called as soon as I went online. I have had a Sleep Number bed for 26 wonderful years and finally need a new one. It took me a while to get back to him but he never gave up. He called and texted me to make sure I didn’t miss the big sale and to make sure I got the KP I needed. His professionalism was great. He was never pushy, and I feel I am getting the exact bed I need for the next 26 years.
We had a great experience at Sleep Number. Ben was very knowledgeable and helped us by answering all of our questions and concerns about our big purchase. A+ service from Ben for almost the 3 hours we were there.
I highly recommend Sleep Number! The Mattress selections is incredibly comfortable and has completely changed my sleep for the better. Beyond the fantastic product, their customer service is truly exceptional. They were responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. This company genuinely cares about its customers and delivers a top-notch experience from start to finish.
Wonderful salesman, Matt. He patiently answered all my questions, helped walked me through getting new bedding for my bed. In addition, he was able to tell me how long ago I purchased my sleep number bed and what version it is. First class service all the way!! All of this was done over the phone during Labor Day weekend, when the store was busy.
