very bad customer service I was told you can change another bed never told that the $4000 base will not work with any of their other mattress I am getting very bad spasm with the ile mattress and have no choice but to keep it very deceptive practice do not come in their deception beds are worth nothing most normal beds are better
Kendall and Tamara went out of their way to educate me and help me make a decision! They were extremely patient, supportive and kind along with being knowledgeable about the products. I’d never purchase a bed from anyone else. Kendall ran the numbers for me in so many different ways and always got back to me with info I needed and she was so polite and friendly! I feel excited about getting my bed delivered today!!! My sisters also loved Kendall and Tamara and they are going to get a sleep number also!!!!
Kendall, their sales representative, was very informative and knowledgable about the Sleep Number beds, which my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed. I would highly suggest this store; whether you have back pain or are a hot sleeper like me, Kendall will help you find the best mattress for your needs.
