The customer service is a joke!! The heater on one side of the bed has failed three times and now we have to pay $424 for a pump. This is a $14K bed and in 18 months, we’ve had to replace the heater three times and now a pump needs replacing! I would NOT SUGGEST THIS BED FOR ANYONE!! What company scams their customers like this and gets away with it…it’s time for our attorney to be handling this from here on out!

The Sleep Number Store provided a great experience for us. Steve our salesman person spent a lot of time showing us all our bed options and explaining them. He was very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made our purchase go very smoothly. Their team that set up our Sleep Number bed was very efficient and knowledgeable. We are very happy with our new bed.
