Stopped in to start our search for the new mattress. Jay was very informative about the products and how they worked. Custom levels of temperature and firmness on both sides of the bed. Impressed by the product and the knowledge of the staff. Thank you Jay
I originally had a good experience with a knowledgeable salesman and he was very attentive. However, we were given the wrong mattress cover that costs $250:and is required foe the warranty. When we went back on September 6, 2025 a different salesperson was there and the lady said that there isn't anything that she could do to make it right. This is very unprofessional and horrible customer service when a customer is given the wrong mattress cover and inconvenienced with having to drive there to return.
