Salesperson at the were very good and helpful. It is the bed, wanted the adjustable air with body as I slept that I looked forward too. After a year, 4 pumps, check the chamber 4 times for leaking air, one service technician telling me that the bed was not going to adjust that way without going flat, called company. I reached a person that was looking into the matter, his number and ext. to him only waiting the week and called him only to be told him no longer worked there and there was no file looking into the issue. We have been on the fence about a new mattress for sometime, today we decided to make the move so we went into the sleep number store with that in mind. Jay was great in both explaining our options and listening to what we wanted in a mattress. Highly recommend using sleep number in North Lakeland for your next purchase!
