It was our first time at the sleep number store. We visited the one in Lakeland,Fl. Sharlette was very informative. Me and my husband had an overall good experience. We can’t wait for our bed to arrive.

Dylan from Sleep Number store in Lakeland provided excellent customer service. She called to inform me that I had a reward that was expiring. She made suggestions where I could use the rewards. We also love our integrated 360 Sleep Number bed. We recently moved and it was very easy to take apart and assemble by watching the Sleep Number video. This is our 4th bed and highly recommend Sleep Number!
We had a Sleep Number Bed delivered today. The 2 delivery gentlemen, Daniel and Jaime, were great! Very professional and polite. Daniel was patient helping us program the bed to our mobile app. Thank you Daniel and Jaime for a job well done .
