really dislike this Sleep Number king bed. It simply does not work for me at all. I’ve had it for almost a year and a half, and instead of improving my sleep, it’s made things worse. The bed hurts my back, no matter how much I adjust the settings. I kept thinking I’d eventually find the “right” number, but that never happened. For the price, this mattress is way overpriced. The store itself is great. Very helpful, knowledgeable, employees who aren’t pushy. However, that said, we were promised a delivery of our bed a week after we purchased. Then the day before it was supposed to be delivered, they called and delayed it another MONTH. We ordered our bed on December 30 and now it has been rescheduled for February 10. Hoping it actually gets delivered then but not optimistic. Very unsatisfied with the customer service as well. Just hoping the bed itself is worth the wait.
Crystian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the types of beds and their features. He answered every question I had.
Very clean store. Our our Sleep Number Specialist Mountain was very helpful and took the time to explain everything . Got to try various beds. And found the perfect one. Highly recommend this place
Beware and be Cautious!!! We bought a bed in 2023 and it was over $5500. A year and half later the bed no longer connects to the WiFi. We've spent 15 hours on customer service calls. Originally the technical support said it was due to the iOS software updates and the sleep number apps not updating. We've now been told to resolve this issue we have to spend $500 to replace the pump. Do not buy into their longevity speech for the cost of the bed.
