Our sales rep (Josh) was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He did not try to sway us to the more expensive styles. We kept him busy for quite awhile but he was attentive and did not rush us, even when the store got busier.
Crystian, Mountain and Josh were incredible and a complimentary team!! Made the process simple and quick. My wife and I went in to just take a look and walked out with our sleep number and a new bed! Thank you guys!!
Joshua was great! Knowledgeable and able to discern what we needed from what we thought we wanted. Patient and thorough. Spent enormous amount of time with us and made us feel as though we were the most important customers of the day
Great experience. Mountain was my sales person he was polite, professional and he is knowledgeable of the beds and products. This was of great help in choosing the right bed. I would highly recommend Mountain and the staff. I love my new i8 mattress and pillow.
This bed has been super comfortable. Each night after it was delivered, I tried different settings to find the best one. I have been getting a great night's sleep and wake up refreshed. It's also nice to sit on the side of the bed when getting out and not have it sink in due to mattress springs metal fatigue. I know about bedding as in the past I had helped manage a furniture store where we sold lots of bedding with springs in them (this was before Sleep Number was around).
