Beware and be Cautious!!! We bought a bed in 2023 and it was over $5500. A year and half later the bed no longer connects to the WiFi. We've spent 15 hours on customer service calls. Originally the technical support said it was due to the iOS software updates and the sleep number apps not updating. We've now been told to resolve this issue we have to spend $500 to replace the pump. Do not buy into their longevity speech for the cost of the bed.
I was referred to call this store by the sleep number web site. After being unable to reach a customer service representative after hours. I live in Sun City and thought it was odd that I would be referred to a store so far away..but, ok. I got Josh on the phone. We bought our first Select Comfort mattress at the Paradise Valley mall store in 1999 before the name changed to Sleep Number. The mattress has been great, not one problem in all these years. We even moved it into an RV when we retired, sold our house and traveled the US, always letting air out before traveling, especially in higher altitudes. It always took it like a trooper. Our sales rep (Josh) was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He did not try to sway us to the more expensive styles. We kept him busy for quite awhile but he was attentive and did not rush us, even when the store got busier.
Crystian, Mountain and Josh were incredible and a complimentary team!! Made the process simple and quick. My wife and I went in to just take a look and walked out with our sleep number and a new bed! Thank you guys!!
