We went into the store to look around and get some info. We were in there from beginning to end for maybe 5 minutes. The salesman asked multiple times in this 5 minute span what the likelihood of us purchasing today, we said we weren’t purchasing today. He said “well, I can’t force you” and JUST WALKED OFF. What a joke. If I’m going to spend 10k on a mattress, it won’t be from this store. Get better salesmen!!!!
Today’s advance mattresses and what they can do for your health overall is incredible but also very confusing, The store manager at the Farmington location Cadio is the most knowledgeable individual I’ve ever had the privileged to visit with concerning mattresses and the one that’s right for you ,there was no pressure. I went in today for information and the sales associate Dylan was “helping” me. I established very early on in our 5 minute interaction that I was NOT buying today and that I just wanted information. He kept trying to pressure me into buying today and when I reiterated that I wasn’t going to, he said it was a long process and that I should come back when I was ready to buy, then walked away.
