I had a good experience. I purchased the top end model and am awaiting delivery. The salesman was nice and helpful. The manager helped with getting a quicker delivery date as well when I was originally told 4 weeks. I appreciated that. I would definitely buy here again.
Customer service is pretty terrible overall. Between the store staff, the online staff and the 800 service, I can’t get a decent answer to a pretty straightforward issue. Since day of purchase it’s really been a comedy of errors to which no one seems to have any ability to address or correct. I guess the product pretty much sells itself.
