We do not have our mattress yet but I’ll send an updated review when it comes in. Customer service was good at the store and the beds on had were useful in making our selection.
We had started looking to purchase in Houston, TX but ran into a lot of issues. Shipping to Alaska was practically impossible and would cost us over a grand more than expected. So forever grateful to have called the Anchorage location! We were able to purchase all the items we wanted AND avoided the fleecy shipping costs AND were able to get an additional 10% off. I have always wanted a sleep number bed but so expensive! I am 65yrs old and have suffered from a broken back and osteoporosis, I cannot remember when I slept through the night! So finally I decided to go in the Sleep Number store and just see. Oh my they have the BEST employees there so nice and not pushy or trying to say one is better than the other. We had such a great experience working with Pang at Sleep Number! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient with us throughout the entire process. We had a lot of questions, definitely repeated a few of them and she handled every single one with professionalism and a positive attitude. Sleep Number has so many options and customization features, especially with the smart beds, that it could easily feel overwhelming if you didn’t know exactly what you were looking for. I purchased a m7 split Queen bed 2024. It arrived pre assembled which is a first. This is our 4th sleep number bed and our second m7. This new bed does not break down as the past Sleep Number models used too. We assumed the beds were still able to be disassembled as the previous 20 years. Not the newer beds. The foam sides, bottom and top are totally glued together with commercial glue. There is NO ACCESS to the inflatable bladder other than the fill port, and you cannot disassemble as in precious years which is a big reason... read more
