Pang provided excellent service and worked with us within our budget. She was not at all high pressure and allowed me to lie on the bed for 45 minutes while I waited for my husband. I am a firm believer that the longer you can lie on a potential mattress the better.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Sleep Number Anchorage! Pang and Lala are both incredibly sweet and welcoming, and they make every visit feel so comfortable and easy. They’re always happy to help without making you feel pressured. I love my SN bed but every bed I’ve tried from there has been ridiculously comfortable 😂 Always love stopping by Sleep Number!
Customer service was outstanding - no pressure and willing to let us try each bed as long as needed.
The entire crew especially Pang and La are very knowledgable! I would 10/10 recommend! No regrets!!
We do not have our mattress yet but I’ll send an updated review when it comes in. Customer service was good at the store and the beds on had were useful in making our selection.
