Jenner was so incredibly helpful and patient in answering all our questions. We moved from bed to bed to try everything out and she worked with us to find just the right bed for us.
My sleep number bed has been a problem since we got it. It took over 6 weeks to get the bed delivered. The remotes don't work. You must use your cell phone to make it work. It requires regular upgrades which causes problems as well. Even with all the problems, they would not take the bed back. This bed is not worth it.
