Jenner was so incredibly helpful and patient in answering all our questions. We moved from bed to bed to try everything out and she worked with us to find just the right bed for us.
My sleep number bed has been a problem since we got it. It took over 6 weeks to get the bed delivered. The remotes don't work. You must use your cell phone to make it work. It requires regular upgrades which causes problems as well. Even with all the problems, they would not take the bed back. This bed is not worth it.
if I could give zero stars I would. Typical big corporation. The sales people WILL NOT explain or even bring up Warranty with you. The LIMITED warranty is over with after 1 year. With all the moving parts and things on the beds that they sell it should have a much longer warranty than what it has. Their beds are simply glorified air mattresses. We bought a Tempur-Pedic from a LOCAL company down the street. Much better service, and the gentleman working there knew much more about beds and what he was talking about.
