I am an advocate for a frail 80 yo woman that just had heart surgery . She needed an adjustable bed. I suggested Sleep Number due to my 15 year experience with my Sleep Number bed. The whole buying experience was GREAT from me going down to the store for info, the sales people guidance with her over the phone (no up sales), the rush they put on the order - they moved delivery up by 2 weeks during the holiday sales - and the installation of the bed. I’ve been coming to sleep number for some years now. I’ve bought several sheet sets and have always been told that you can exchange them for ANY rip or tear for up to one year after purchase. Today I tried to exchange my sheets that I had purchased over the summer. When I came in and said that my dog had accidentally torn the sheets with his nail while he got the zoomies, I was told “the warranty doesn’t cover that” and had to purchase another set. Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Ali (store manager) and Alex (sales representative) for going above and beyond to help me get the best bed I could’ve imagined! 🛏️ Not gonna lie, customer service messed up big time, they cancelled my order and almost made me lose a big discount I got when I first purchased the bed.
