We came into Mattress Firm today and Jim was an absolute gem. He helped us out from the moment we got there until the end, while providing joy and laughs along the way. We are so happy to have met Jim and so thankful our mom is going to have the best bed she deserves. I recommend anyone who is in need of a great bed, experience, and laughter to go here! Thank you Jim!
What threw me off was mandatory delivery which is additional $250 which is nowhere stated before driving 30 minutes each way to just check out the beds. I ended up going to mattress world in Albany and they helped me out purchase a purple bed
Don't let them convince you that you have a warranty. Had a bad pump. Did replace the bladder. And keep making excuses tell the warranty was done.
