The customer service provided by Marlon was outstanding. He was very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. He also explained the mattress features in detail, highlighting how they addressed our specific needs and concerns. His professionalism and attentiveness made the experience exceptional. Alishia rocks! She helped us pick a mattress, understand our measurements, and even troubleshoot a system glitch. She was very patient, personable, and understanding. She very clearly was not trying to push a sale and made sure we were happy with our decisions. We had the time to think things through and the opportunity to get the best deal at the same time!
