Please for the love of God do not get this bed unless you feel like sleeping on an overpriced blow up mattress. We were lured by the adjustable bed and cooling feature which are the only redemption about this bed but the mattress is no good. When paying 10k for a bed I want a 10k product. If I had paid 3-5k I might have a different opinion but price does not match product.
Alishia was super helpful and knowledgeable about the Sleep Number products. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a quick decision. I would highly recommend visiting her at the store in Cypress, TX to try out a Sleep Number mattress.
The customer service provided by Marlon was outstanding. He was very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. He also explained the mattress features in detail, highlighting how they addressed our specific needs and concerns. His professionalism and attentiveness made the experience exceptional. Strongly recommend this location.
