My husband and I purchased a Sleep Number bed in Mooresville NC today and received exemplary service from Diane, Andrew and Michael. What a wonderful experience! They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough!!! They made sure all our questions were answered and made sure we had what we needed before we left. This is our 2nd Sleep Number bed. Our 1st one lasted for 19 years. This bed is the most cost effective purchases on the market!! A most pleasant buying experience! Thank you!!!
We had an outstanding customer experience at this location. The store manager Anthony Giakoski was very knowledgeable, friendly, and not overly aggressive. He answered all our questions and did not try to oversell or overpromise anything. We bought exactly what we needed and also had an amazing experience with the delivery team. They took our old bed and set up the new bed very efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend sleep number to anyone in the market for a new bed!
