This review is for Charise who was our Sales Person at the Sleep Number store in Topeka We would like to make some positive comments about our sales person, Charise. It took us several phone calls and trips to the store for us to make up our mind to get the Sleep Number I 10. Charise did not pester us and let us make up our minds. I have made a past purchase about 6 years ago. Charise remembered my name and what I had purchased before. She is so nice, and we talked about everything. She just makes the customer feel like family, you’re more than just a customer. She is just awesome.

If I could give 0 stars I would. While the bed is great their customer service is horrible. We were told a few things when we were to receive the bed. Someone over the age of 18 needs to be there. Which we did. They told us to keep our old mattress which we were going to do. We didn't pay for them to remove the old mattress however the techs took our old one. We were told by cooperate that we should of had an adult there and tell them to tell the techs not to take the bed... Umm isn't 19 an adult first off. Second off if you... read more
