The staff at sleep number on wards is nothing but helpful, especially the store manager. She's knowledgeable, helpful, easy to talk to, and has the answer to most any question you could have about the product. I sleep fairly well now after leaving the inner springs behind forever. I would definitely recommend going to see Alex for all your sleep specific needs!
Alex was amazing! Super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a new mattress, go see her. After visiting multiple different stores and getting substandard services, and feeling like we were just doing circles with the "typical sales pitches" she was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!!
