Sylvester was absolutely wonderful to work with! He helped me narrow down between the two beds I was contemplating, took the time to explain the different features in detail and had tips and tricks to help me try and figure out a starting number. He was kind, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the process, making what could have been a stressful decision feel easy and comfortable.
