Pleasant experience working with Joe. I appreciate his following up even when we stopped looking when we got busy and was overwhelmed with too much information. We were undecided between a few brands and was adamant to buy Sleep Number due to its pending Chapter 11 issue. His final text with nice sale offer sealed the deal and after the Sleep Number sale was finalized.
I’ve had rave reviews from family members on their Sleep Number beds so we visited the Tukwila Store. We were greeted by Sly and were given excellent service. No high pressure sales pitch just calm answers to our questions and added information that helped us understand what makes Sleep Number beds different from the others and why they are so highly rated. Can’t wait for our new bed to arrive.
The sales person was a lot of help. He handled everything from the phone. I'm handicapped and could not drive.
This is specific to the buying experience. I'll add more when we get the bed. We stopped into the Tukwila store after months of research. Sylvester was great. Very knowledgeable and took his time to walk us through multiple options and price points. Great blend of understanding our preferences, adding his personal experiences, of course his professional insights. We did not feel pressured at all. Would recommend!
