Great experience with John Gentile as our salesperson. He throughly went over all the features and benefits of the sleep mattress. We were very pleased with our in store experience
Associate was very knowledgeable about the products and very friendly. Trying the adjustable beds in the showroom made the decision to purchase a Sleep Number bed very assuring.
After one year with a sleep number, I wish I never bought this bed. John was our sales rep in the store and he completely left out it’s a glorified air mattress. While he got us a good deal, he got us a crappy discount bed. Now the product line is completely revamped and our mattress and base is discontinued. Complete waste of a few grand.
John's explanation of various levels of the product line was extremely helpful for determining our selection.
