Nara was amazing!!!
We purchased a sleep number bed recently and Nara helped us decide which one we liked. She was very knowledgeable of the products and options, very patient as we changed our minds several times and really made us feel welcomed by not rushing us through the process!
Went for help with repairs. Customer Service was limited to selling new beds.
Ali was able to assist me in purchasing a mattress and The ease of purchasing a mattress was the best part of the experience. Ali went above and beyond his call of duty and I would recommend the Baybrook location if you want amazing customer service.
