Krystina is an excellent salesperson. She explained everything in detail and we chose what was best for us.
We were able to pick the mattress that felt the best by trying it out. And were offered items that were in our budget. Krystina was great at helping us select the right mattress.
Customer support is poor. Pump went out and instead of it being covered under warranty they want to charge me $$$ for it. It should be covered considering how much we paid for the base and bed.
Went in not intending to buy but did because of all the information we received. Felt like it was the best bed we could find!
Bought a Sleep Number 4 yrs ago for $7000 and now the bed will no longer connect to internet. Called for assistance and after trouble shooting for an hour they recommended calling internet carrier. On the phone with our carrier over an hour with no answers. Called Sleep Number back and determined that the pump was the problem. They informed me it would cost $300 for prorated cost and $200 to install. After paying that much for a bed I would think there would be a better service and warranty.
