Gary at the Smoky Point Store did an amazing job of working with us to find a new bed that would work with our existing Sleep Number base. The attachment systems have changed over the years and not all beds work. We did not want to spend the money on a new base, and he made that a possibility! Gary even stepped in, after our installation, to help get the additional magnet connectors ordered that were needed for our new set up as well! Fantastic experience
