Ronnie was absolutely amazing to work with...she was fun and didn't add any pressure to our decision. We can't wait for our new mattress to arrive!
Went in to replace our 20 year old sleep number bed and were helped by Ronnie. She was wonderful and walked us through the new improvements on the beds. She researched our old bed and showed us the current edition.
Ask them about the gap between matteres and your wall after we had ours delivered come to find out we have a 2&half inches gap our pillows sinks down so we can't raise our mattress at the head we call customer service they blame the mattres so we spent $5.000 for a matters we can't raise. So beware
We had no intention of purchasing a bed that day, we were just looking around for ideas of what we might want, but were so impressed with the sales representative’s knowledge and honesty with us that we didn’t look any further.
