Worst experience I've ever had with a company. I specifically asked them if there was any penalty or charge if we decide we dont like our overpriced air matress and the guy said no its a risk free trial... then they're trying to charge me to have their people come take it away. The question i specifically asked was if we dont like it the only money im not going to have returned to me is the mandatory setup fee which is also stupid, and the sales person said yes that is correct. We had a sleep number mattress delivered and set up. The people were fast friendly and knowledgeable. I also have a four year old mattress that is still under warranty. You have to pay for service, I just need o rings the store doesn't have them or carry them the delivery guys aren't allowed to carry them. I called service and they said they are sending them it's been a couple of weeks. So sales is great. service costs. delivery guys are great. Call center service is lacking.
