An update after 7 months to my review based on the ILE matress only. Buying the matress is the worst decision we ever made and a complete waste of money. It is the most uncomfortable matress and has only gotten worse as time goes by. The matress sags in the middle when we both lay on it, this happens even after we were sent a replacement foam. We feel every movement the other makes no matter how small or slow the movement is. We constantly wake eachother up do to us moving. We wake up in pain and with pressure points hurting... read more

Linda, was so knowledgeable and helpful, helping me select the bed I purchased…As well as, the bedding, I needed… The experience didn’t end at the store..She called to re-confirm the delivery date..She called again, soon after it was delivered, to make sure we were satisfied … I have to also mention Louis and his partner, who delivered and installed the bed..Very professional and friendly! Their coordination was remarkable, each had their own tasks..and the bed was installed in less than an hour! Louis explained the operatio... read more
