Dave was very helpful and created a no pressure sales environment when I came in considering upgrading my old sleep number. He helped me get what I wanted at the best price, and his demeanor was a big improvement over a sales person at a different location. Only annoyance was the day after I bought and paid for delivery, they started a free premium delivery promotion.
Dave was great to deal with. Explained everything clearly, gave us time and space to discuss such a large purchase, and even stayed late on a Friday evening. Great experience and would highly recommend.
I thought about replacing my mattress and bed and I'm glad I decided to check out Sleep Number. Vaughn was knowledgeable and so positive and upbeat. I knew what I needed and Vaughn matched my needs with a variety of Sleep Number products. Low to no pressure, but once I was able to try out their products, I started looking forward to a quality sleep experience. A big thank to Vaughn and the rest of the Sleep Number associates in the Cranberry Township store. I look forward to my delivery!
The staff at the store was amazing! A great sense of humor adds to a great customer experience. We also had our terrorizing toddler with us for the trip, and staff was also extremely patient. We had an awesome experience with excellent customer service, and it’s all going to pay off with a future of sleeping comfortably at night! Shout out to Lindsay for making it happen!!!!!! She’s spectacular!!
Wonderful service. Trying the mattresses out in person is by far the best way to choose the right bed.
