We had a very pleasant and informative interaction with Laci. She was friendly, very knowledgeable on all the products, and took her time explaining everything. While our purchase was a little higher than what we expected going in, we are pleased with the products we chose and can’t wait to get our bed installed. Laci at the Sleep Number Bed in Victoria was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and put my husband and I in the best bed ever.
The store itself has nice helpful employees, they have this fancy device that give you your sleep number. Everything was good until a few days of sleeping on the bed. It was about a month of really uncomfortable sleeping, tossing and turning and eventually having to just sleep in the guest room. Sleep number tried to make it better but it was like sleeping on an air mattress and I just couldn’t handle the sleepless nights or the back pain it caused me.
