Tina neglected to tell me that the store was a showroom only. I pulled a trailer 100 miles to purchase and take home a mattress from sleep number number on 1/16/25. Ended up ordering a mattress and paying for shipping after towing a trailer 200 miles to. Needless to say I was not happy.
very knowledgeable with no pressure Great sales team Every time I stop in at the Springfield Mo. store they treat me like family I have wanted one of these beds for years and now that I finally did it have no regrets other than i should of done it years sooner
Salesperson was very knowledgable and helpful.
DO NOT BUY!!!! Fraud sales practices warranty is worthless! Bed is cheaply made! Customer service is horrible. Salespeople are smooth talking and are dishonest. Huge regret!
Ben and the people at our Springfield Mo were great. The online and call center are terrible.
