If I could do zero start I would. I bought a new Sleep Number Bed in the Sanford Store! The sales people were very nice. BUT...........There is always a reason not to believe something that is too good to be true. 100 night trial. What they mislead you to think is that you can actually return it if you do not like it. What they do not tell you is that you cannot return the base! HAD I KNOWN THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT ONE. SO.......do yourself favor and do not even go into the store.
Beds do not last a lifetime. Will break and you will be responsible for replacing all the parts. Contrary to what they tell you when they want you to buy one. Claim everything is under lifetime warranty. It’s not.
Danny M was excellent with my husband and me. It fills our expectations. I He answer all the questions we had. The experience with him was excellent.
