Jose was fantastic. Very thorough and very patient. He made us feel so at ease and confident in our purchase. The mattress we chose was so comfortable - we didn’t want to leave the store.
I bought a new IPhone and it would not pair wth the sleep number bed I just purchased The sales ladies were very helpful but in the end Jose, the manager broke the code which required me to go home to pair when close to the bed. It took several tries and Jose was patient on the phone and kept his cool while I was cursing…in the end we succeeded to pair bed and the app. Yeah…thanks team sleep number!!!

The Sleep Number Representative, José, at the Potomac Town Center in Woodbridge, VA is awesome. He is of course knowledgeable of the products, but his patience and attention to customer service is unmatched…he really worked with me to ensure I got the product I wanted and applied my sleep number points to my purchase. This location is my “go to” for my Sleep Number needs…and every representative is awesome, attentive, but not pushy and I’m truly thankful for the convenience of this location.
