Mr. Jose Rosado is an outstanding Sleep Professional Consultant. I purchased my sleep number bed I8 over the phone. He was courteous, polite and respectful. He explained in details what my new bed would provide for me. His explanation was impeccable. He told me the functions of the bed. His demeanor was superb. He gave complete answers to my questions. Mr Rosado is truly an asset to Sleep Number Store.
All I can say is AMAZING! Dawn, the store manager is so professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and kind. She easily stepped mu husband snd i through the process of learning all about sleep number technology. We knew nothing about it and came out changed by the experience and what we learned. We cannot wait to get our shipment and transform our sleeping experience from here on out. We are so excited! Thank you Dawn for teaching us all you know and welcoming up to the sleep number family.
