I feel like I set $6,000 on fire. The sales people were helpful during the sale process so nothing towards them or this store specifically. But this bed is the biggest piece of crap. It’s a glorified air mattress. If you care about your back I would highly suggest you look at other options.
We ordered in person and had delivered. This worked great for us. Salesman very friendly and knowledgeable.

Buy the over 8k bed was easy and great customer service in person and over the phone. The aftermath of having the bed was very unpleasant. You would think having a bed for over 3 years it would last but nope, we have techs come out over 3 occasions . Long story short we are finally getting rid of the bed and we called sleep number in Rochester Mn to request how the disposal of the bed works.
