Mark was knowleable about the Sleep Number product line and never tried to upsale or pressure us. Very forthcoming about the pros and cons of a Sleep Number mattresses. Overall, a very pleasurable experience.

Do not buy here!!!! Worked with Travis and he was very knowledgeable. We had explained to him our horrible experience with mattress firm and tempurpedic and how hard it has been for us to find a bed that suited me (small frame, scoliosis and back pain) and my husband who has different comfort needs than me. We are both banquet servers on the strip and are on our feet for hours. Our main complaint was back pain that memory foam had given us, mainly me.
