Great sales person and very thorough. Made the purchase very easy. Educated us a lot on what we didn’t know about Sleep Number even though we had been a long time customer.
The service people in the store were friendly and helpful. They didn't have things we wanted in stock but, we ordered it to be delivered to our house.
Good but foot warmer died twice! Had to pay for two guys to come out and reinstall new ones - twice!
