We just started looking for a new king size bed. So we stop by your West Hartford store. We were greeted by Ryan he was very informative about the sleep number beds and not pushy about making a sale which we love. He explained about each bed if it would be good for us. So we went home with all his information and to sleep on it. The next morning we both decided we have to go back and purchase our new bed, mattress protection cover and sheets. Will be take 2 weeks on delivery. Thanks again Ryan

Doug was extremely helpful in picking out our new mattress. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions without any pressure.
Christian handle the phone call about a problem we were having with our 25 year ol8d mattress...he was very professional as well as understanding of our problem.He suggested we start with plugging the mattress to eliminate an air leak. We went to the store and had Christian help us there and showed us what to do about capping the mattress. Very impressed with him.
Christian was very helpful guiding us through a few options in the bed size and features that best fit our needs, we were able to make our decision in one visit. Cheers to my Taurus brother..
