Our salesperson took the time to learn our needs and walked us through all of our options. She focused on meeting our needs instead of upselling us on things that we didn’t want or need. We weren’t even sure that we were going to buy from Sleep Number, but after Anna took such good care of us, it was a no brainer!
Buyer beware! Pump on our bed died after 3 years. Sales will tell you there's a 15-year warranty but did not detail that it's prorated after the first year. We're having to pay over $200 out of pocket on a pump that failed. It would have been over $500 without the warranty. I am not a happy camper at all and feel very deceived. Our bed was extremely expensive, and we're still haven't finished paying it off. The fact that we're already having issues is very concerning.
