The manager here is very rude and mean and very pushy.
My partner and I have been sleeping on my Queen-sized, 9 years-old [other mattress brand] bed for 2.5 years now and with my 15lb dog sleeping in the middle of us, it's been a tight fit to say the least. An truly inspiring experience...we visited the Geary Blvd. store in San Francisco as it had just opened on Sunday at 11:00am. We were greeted by a warm, engaging, knowledgeable and energetic Sleep Professional Associate named Milan. As current Sleep Member bed owners, she walked us through all of our questions and we ended up purchasing a new Sleep Number bed to replace our existing one that is 12 years old. We were greeted and very nicely helped by Milan in the SF, CA store. She showed us several options of beds and mattresses and was well informed on the products.We feel she gave us good options for our needs. She probably needs a raise?
