They didn't even update on Google that their store was going to open from 28th September. Google showed the store was open until 7pm on 27th. I walked half hour getting to that place only to be told by an ill-mannered employee that they were closed. This is how they run a business.
I am deeply disappointed with my experience with the Sleep Number bed. It's a nightmare, to say the least. The promised responsive adjustments are nothing but a cruel joke. I've had the bed serviced not once, not twice, but three agonizing times, and it still refuses to work as advertised. Even the repair technicians have surrendered to the bed's defiance, openly admitting its failure. But that's not the end of this horror show.
