Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. This is one of the worst purchases I have ever made. My bed has had multiple problems since purchase, it is just now two years old. I knew I had a 15 year warranty that would draw down as time went on, but at the two year point my pump died and they would only cover 60% of the cost. That’s a huge drop for what I consider to still be a practically new bed. So 3 years into my bed purchased at sleep number and we had a problem. Our smart bed is no so smart. The life time warranty is not accurate. Labor is not offered after the 1st year and they balloon the price of parts as your bed gets older. So the bladder only last 3 years at 200 bucks for the set and your pump is 600 bucks as well. 350 if you want them to install it and you get the addded bounus of paying for delivery.
