BUYER BEWARD - AVOID THIS STORE. DO NOT DO FINANCING... Ryan at this store pushed the "0%" financing of my purchase. They charge you 2% promotional fee for "0% financing". Very rude follow up to get clarification. "Call the bank, we can't help." BAIT AND SWITCH sales financing tactics at this store. Sad to update my review here. I am now dealing with financing issue with this store after buying a bed here. I had a great experience buying my bed, but learn later after being talked into doing 0% financing for 48 months by the sales rep Ryan here... he neglected to mention I am also going to be charged 2% "promotional fee" for this "deal". We had an amazing experience here! My wife came in yesterday and Rachel (the manager) helped her narrow down which bed would be the best choice for her. Tonight I came into the store and Ryan answered all of my questions and helped us both make our final bed choice as a couple. 100% Recommend buying a bed here. Thank you Rachel and Ryan.
Had our 360 bed delivered last week. Has been deflating off and on ever since. Called the support line and the earliest they can come and take a look is 2 weeks from now. VERY disappointing as this bed was over 10k. Didn't expect to have problems the first day we got it. Not sure if I can recommend sleep number to anyone else now
