Both ladies were incredibly friendly, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable about the beds. They made me feel welcomed and were happy to answer all of my questions. Great customer service!
Taylor was very kind, patient, and informative when helping us decide if Sleep Number was our way to go with a new mattress. She also showed us the multiple mattress options and was patient as we were working towards a decision. A highly recommend a stop into this store.
The store is bright, clean, very well layed out and the staff are top notch! The system setup to help find your right Sleep Number is really nice and far above any conventional bed outlet. Austin, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, helping us pick out the perfect mattress to fit us and our needs. They were very nice and listened to all of our needs!
This review is more about the lack of service than the actual bed. Our adjustable platform SleepNumber bed is very comfortable but has a specific problem. The metal retaining bar at the foot of the mattress keeps slipping out of its plastic sleeves, which in turn allows the mattress to start sliding off the platform. The solution is to lift the foot of the mattress and reinsert the retaining bar. Nearing 80 years old this is a major chore for me and impossible for my wife.
