Unpleasant Experience. BE AWARE that after a year, a technician will cost almost $200 dollars to come over. My husband and I are having back discomfort after months of sleeping on this bed. We have played with the settings to see if it makes a difference, and no difference. Now we’re stuck with this bed that is super heavy and hard to move.
My husband and I had a great experience, Jonathan our sales rep was knowledgeable, patient and gave us the freedom to weigh our options! I recommend them
The store and sales people are very helpful in picking out a bed. Many different ones to choose from. The two that came to set it up were outstanding. Tonight will be the first night in it.
