Our visit to the Sleep Number store in Pineville was a joy. Tommy was very knowledgeable and made the shopping experience easy. Sleep Number also has a great in store sales system that is very informative and allows the shopper to try all of the different options they have. We highly recommend Sleep Number.
Michael was very knowledgeable, friendly. He was very patient and took the time to explain to us the different features and capabilities of the products.
Michael was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made the decision process extremely easy and we are extremely happy with our purchase! We were also offered a number of financing options and we ended up financing our purchase. The financing was quick and easy. I would highly recommend Michael at the Pineville location!!
Sleep number bed buyers- I would like to warn potential buyers of the cost to fix any issue with the bed if something goes wrong. I have a current issue with my bed that the company was willing to swap out, but I still had to pay for shipping and techs. The repair would cost almost 1/2 of what I paid for the bed initially. I recommend not getting a dual chamber bed because when you roll over, you tend to roll to the center even when you try and sleep on your side.
