My husband and I have owned sleep number brand for 20 years. Recently we purchased a new model and absolutely love the comfort of the mattress. The delivery and set up on our new purchase was a ridiculous event. We were informed by the scheduling department that delivery would be between 6 to 9pm. The truck arrived around 8, and installation took 1 1/2 hours. The delivery men indicated that they were not permitted to carry tools. One of the best shopping experiences that I can remember!! I was greeted almost as soon as I walked in by Ryan. I told him that I had been researching adjustable beds and Sleep Number had good reviews so I was there to check things out. I have low back problems, and can no longer tolerate sleeping on a flat bed. Ryan took me to the back of the showroom and explained how Sleep Number beds work and showed me the different levels of mattresses available.
